Hair and great Customer Service

As y'all might know, I'm a hair addict, and I'm not ashamed of that!!..:P

So, last Friday I found this (Peggy Sue) hair, and it was love at first sight for me. After a little editting (it was a wee bit too small for my head) I saw a little texturing issue, and I sent a notecard to the designer Valryn Vandeverre.

She is the most kind person ever! She apologized for the texturing issue and sent me a fat-pack (6 colours) of Peggy Sue.

I thanked her for her kindness and we had a little chat.

She told me is busy making another hairdo, and I can't wait!

I hope Valryn will make more of this, and she will have an addicted customer.

• I want to point out that customer service is very very important, as I had a bad customer service at H&M back in my noob days, I will never ever go there no more, I bought an item that was $L 999 and it didn't fit, even after editting.It took me 100+ IM's and the same amount of notecards to get the owner/creator responding, and finally I got a store credit, and that really sucked, $L 999 is a lot of money for a noob.

Welcome Guenevere DeCuir!!
As y'all know (if ya read my blog), Guen has product, and it's up in my store on the second floor next to Shaka's clothes.
We did a promotional shoot, and we had a blast! *grinzzz*

Stop staring at our butts you pervs, the flowers won't come off! It's all about the ink! The tats comes in 3 layers; undershirt, shirt and jacket..:) and are all unisex.

Why I do this? I have a few reasons:

• I like Guen, just listen to one of her DJing sessions and you know why
• I like to help out people who want to start a business in SL
• It's good product

And I know it's hard to start somewhere, Shaka Saintlouis helped me in the beginning when I started and I am thankfull for that...love ya bro!
Guen told me that she is working on more stuff, I will keep you updated..:))

Reasons to be cheerfull....

Part 1;

Just when I'm about to feed my computer (8 months old Packard Hell) to the ducks in front of my house, I got an offer at work to buy a brandnew -DELL- computer with a company-discount, an offer I can't and will not refuse...:)

It will have the latest nVidia GeForce so I can finally experience windlight in SL.

My coworker got a hard-on (so he said, I didn't check!!) when he was reading the specifications, so I guess it's a good one.

Part 2;

My favorite DJ and MG Guen (link to her blog) has her first item up in the old store and we will do a promotion shoot this weekend, and as I mentioned before, timezones really slow things down here.

But I am happy to see her stuff in the old store, she soon will be showing her items in the new store as well!

Part 3;

Tiny Empires, it's addictive and fun and I am a little spoiled princess already.

Part 4;

Well, the above mentioned reasons are making me HappYeah.

BTW, don't forget to pick the free valentines gift at the mainstore, it will be gone by tomorrow.

Oh, and if you really feel the need to leave some crappy anonymous comment (like in the previous post) I will remove them, because I think it's lame and pathetic, be a brave girl or boy and use your -own- name.

The Luther Carfagno & Summer Deadlight wedding

Weddings, we either hate them or love them.
But when it's a couple you know both, and they have been together for 7 months already, you know this marriage will work.
Luther told me he was nervous yesterday and Summer didn't have her dress yet last week, and an hour before the wedding I got an IM that she didnt have hair yet! Lotsa wedding stress there!..:)
The gorgeous dress was made by Callie Cline, the hair was where it belonged and the wedding area was breathtaking.
They got married in a church, a lovely place.
The church wasn't full yet, but that was about to change fast.
A smoking groom, kinda nervous there??
And the vows, this shows us the love they feel for eachother, it came right from the heart.
Summer Deadlight: I love you Marco, not just as Luther, but as the person, the man who is so physically distant, but inside us, inside our hearts and minds, I love that person. One thing; Vista, SL and 58 people on the SIM don't go together, Alec crashed, I crashed twice and frooze up a lot, so if you think I was acting like a statue, I kinda was (a frozen one) But I still managed to shoot some pictures and I was honoured to be invited.

Square Diamond Sets & Valentines Gift

Hi all, I made some new necklaces and matching earrings, in 4 different colours.

The sea green was made to match my new dress as I have a wedding Saturday (a wedding is ALWAYS a great excuse to buy a new dress).

Talking about the wedding, Luther Carfagno and Summer Deadlight are getting married, and as I told them both, it's about time, they have been together like forever now.......:P

And....my favorite Mean Girl and female DJ GUEN will have a spot in the store soon, I will keep you updated about that, as we don't talk much due to timezones (hate them sometimes).

Okies, now to the (totally free) Valentines Gift, it's in the store at the right as you enter, it will be gone after the 14th. (hmmmm, there is an extra gift in the box, and I aint telling ya)
